Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at USAFact full-time for more than a year Cons: This company is cracked in so many ways. Little to no communication between departments, poor to non-existent training. No real support from co-workers/management, and very bad management in general. It also has an extremely unprofessional work atmosphere."

Former Employee - Marketing says

"I worked at USAFact full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Leadership was poor, and sporadic with no vision"

says

"I have been working at USAFact Cons: Management. In all honesty management is a big joke. There is no support system, if it doesn't benefit them or the almighty dollar then they really don't care. It makes it really hard to do the job when you know your own supervisor doesn't have your best interest in mind. No job security as you are made to feel replaceable as soon as something goes wrong or you make a mistake. And by mistake, I mean doing your job they way they trained you, but then they say how you are doing the job is wrong. There really isn't any training manuals on how to do the job you learn from others currently working in the same role and from your direct supervisor who very well may or may not know what they are talking about. It's a lot of contradictions and exceptions to the rules. Nothing you learn is ever consistent or reliable. Horrible pay. The pay is not conducive enough to the cost of living nor is the pay in the least bit equivalent to comparable positions in the industry. The location of the office is beautiful but extremely dangerous during inclement weather."
